Configure Live Platform Operators and Roles

When you logged into the Live Platform portal with the Service Provider Global admin credentials for first time connection, a connection was established with Azure and the Enterprise Application Registration added under the customer tenant, for example,  ‘Sandbox1’ is added under the Customer tenant on Azure. You must then login to the Azure portal, navigate to this Enterprise application and do the following:

Assign Live Platform portal operators and roles to the designated operators (see Deploy Live Platform Portal Application to Customer Tenant)
Assign Microsoft 365 roles to the designated operators (see Assign Microsoft Admin Roles to Live Platform Customer Operators)
Perform this procedure with 'Global Admin' or Service account permissions for the Azure customer tenant.
This procedure is relevant for both Direct Routing and Operator Connect customers.
Live Platform interface can be accessed by different tier operators including Channel Reseller operators (Tenant operators), Customer or Channel operators. Service Tenant operators can be defined in AudioCodesLive Platform by System Admin; however, Customer and Channel operators must be defined directly in Azure.

The following roles can be assigned to the Live Platform portal operators:

Admin
Operator
Monitor
Lite Operator
